Once you have set up your timetable and added resources, you can share it with other uers by sending invitation emails.
Invitations can be sent using the Invite tool.
On the Timetable settings page, click on the Invite others to join this Timetable link.
Fill in the recipient name and email address, and click Send.
They will receive an email with further instructions.
Once registered, the user can view it in the My Timetable page.
