Refund policy

You may use the service on a Free plan without providing any payment details, and you may trial the Paid plan for 60 days to ensure it is suitable for your intended use case.

1. Cancellation

If you choose to subscribe to a Paid plan, you may request cancellation of the Paid plan for any reason and receive a refund with the following considerations.

• Cancellation can be requested by:

  • logging in to the service and submitting a cancellation request within the Settings page; or
  • emailing info@sharetimetable.com from the email address registered on your account.

• Once we receive your cancellation request:

  • The cancellation will be confirmed via email.
  • Your subscription will revert to a Free plan with all of its associated functionality.
  • Subject to the conditions set out in Section 2, any refund amount due will be returned using the original payment method.

• If you also wish to remove all Data after requesting a cancellation, you may do this using the "Close account" action within the Service.

2. Refund amount

• The amount you will be refunded is based on the time since your most recent payment:

  • Up to 30 days after: amount in full.
  • More than 30 days: amount refunded will be calculated based on the length of time using the Service, at our discretion, and is not guaranteed to be provided in full.
